In August of 2020, our founders Lloyd Edelman and Christian Chenier created Watershed Moment, a Consulting and Staffing Agency with offices in New York and Los Angeles. Their vision is to transform current business models, company missions, employee culture, and communities.
Christian and Lloyd each have over 30-year backgrounds within the live entertainment and live events industries and have championed change in various large-scale environments throughout their careers.
Our founders first met over 15 years ago, working for Blue Man Group. Lloyd worked within BMP, the corporate headquarters, while Christian worked within the Resident Shows and Touring divisions.
In the early 2000s, Blue Man Group’s business model inspired our founders to understand the power of a positive, empowered employee community. Headed by Chris Wink, Phil Stanton, and Matt Goldman, Blue Man Group had a culture of engaged, unleashed employees, where every voice was heard. Every employee was encouraged to contribute, no matter where they sat within the company. Department or hierarchy was no effect on the value of their input. What resulted was an employee force authentically striving for the company’s success holistically, financially, and socially. Employee retention was peaked!

How do they do it?
Watershed Moment offers a tangible transformation process called “The 90-Day Catalyst,” a three-month journey that elevates how companies operate through operations design and aftereffects a refreshed company culture. Christian and Lloyd have had great success with The 90-Day Catalyst while working for large companies and now with Watershed Moment’s clients. It has been successful every time and is now being produced in a variety of industries.
Within The 90-Day Catalyst is a staffing module, as the right people in the right positions are critical. This particular module is designed through the extensive staffing experience of the Watershed Moment team.
